Service Hour Log Sheet
Log your service hours on these!

FILLABLE Service Hour Log Sheet
Same as the regular log sheet, but you can fill this one out digitally - good for if you need to email it to whoever is signing your hours. If you're using it for another club, school, etc., just delete the filled-in text for the school name and/or organization name.
