Here are some useful documents you may take a look at if you're having any sort of technical issues. Feel free to reach out to us for any additional questions/concerns.
Connect to BCPS Wi-Fi from a Personal Device
Here's how to connect to Broward County Public Schools Wi-Fi from any personal device:

1. Select "BCPS" (or BCPS-BYOD" if you can't get "BCPS" working for some reason) from the list of Wi-Fi networks

Username/Identity = 06xxxxxxx@my.browardschools.com (use your employee # in place of a student email if you are a BCPS employee)
Password = [Same password you use for Clever, Microsoft 365, etc.]

2. If asked for a certificate, select "Do Not Validate" (iOS devices may ask you to trust a certificate instead) - this step is irrelevant if you are running Windows, as it will simply connect you directly to the network after providing your credentials

3. Sign-In & everything should work as intended!

4. If everything doesn't work as intended, that's why the document is here! This is just a quick guide, as connecting with most devices doesn't require reading the entire guidebook.
